About The Position

The Foxtons Property Management team offers professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords who have requested our premium service, to ensure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. Each of our dedicated Property Managers provides a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants and offers advice on all aspects of the tenancy life cycle, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising any necessary maintenance projects. This role also includes up to two days per week working from home (once the initial induction period has passed). LOCATION: This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided. Requirements

  • prior Property Management experience or exposure to the industry
  • strong organisational skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • the ability to problem solve
  • a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • a good knowledge of the property industry
  • the ability to manage a portfolio of 100 + properties
