The Advisor Project Manager leads the execution of complex, multi-workstream initiatives within large-scale Medicaid programs. This role partners closely with state clients, business leaders, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and contractual requirements. Your role in our mission Lead multiple projects and/or programs across the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and stabilization. Apply stage-gate governance to ensure readiness reviews, approvals, and quality checks are completed before advancing to subsequent phases. Manage complex, cross-functional delivery teams supporting Medicaid systems, enhancements, and regulatory initiatives. Partner directly with state clients and internal business leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver system changes. Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and functional teams. Provide project leadership by assigning resources, mentoring team members, and serving as an escalation point. Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across assigned initiatives. Monitor delivery performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, and regulatory timelines. Support capacity planning and workload balancing across projects, defects, and ongoing system support. Collaborate with peer project managers to align resources and delivery priorities across the program. Escalate delivery, resourcing, or system risks to leadership with clear recommendations.
