About The Position

At SERVPRO of Belle Meade / West Nashville, our work is guided by five core values: Built on Trust, A Place to Call Home, Onward & Upward, Stewardship, and Master Where You Are. These values shape how we serve homeowners, manage projects, support our teammates, and take ownership of results. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who leads with integrity, executes with urgency, and takes pride in running clean, well-managed jobs — from the first conversation through final closeout. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused Construction Project Manager who can step directly into active reconstruction projects and help expand the number of jobs we can successfully run in parallel. This role is designed for someone who: Has successfully managed numerous residential and/or commercial insurance reconstruction projects simultaneously Is comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving scope and supplement-driven environments Can independently own jobs from mitigation handoff through closeout — including customer buy-in, scope alignment, and signed change orders Coordinates subcontractors and trades across several active jobsites at once Can support a hybrid project mix, including residential reconstruction and select commercial or light healthcare work Ideally brings an existing, reliable subcontractor base that allows them to move quickly into production mode (not required, but a strong differentiator) This is a capacity and execution hire, not a developmental or mentoring role. We are hiring for immediate production capability. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for owning reconstruction projects end-to-end — from mitigation handoff through final closeout — while maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer experience. This role goes beyond jobsite management. You will: Help close work, defend scope, and secure approvals Present the reconstruction plan, set expectations, and win customer confidence Educate customers throughout the restoration-to-rebuild process so there are no surprises You will manage multiple active projects at various stages, coordinate subcontractors and internal teams, and ensure work is executed efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with all applicable standards.
