We are hiring for both Install and Service.

Requirements

3-5 years’ plumbing experience
Mechanical aptitude
Valid driver license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug and background screens
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently and self-manage
Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities
General sales skills and aptitude
Customer service knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Great listening skills
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
Proficient with technology

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve problems
Prepare cost estimates
Collect payment for services rendered when required
Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch
Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing
Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field
On call rotations
