About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent level 3 or 4 to join the Europe, Middle East & North America Contracts Team located in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies for the structures organization to support work statement such as work transfers and high visibility complex supplier recoveries. Develops and executes company business goals and objectives in an effort to attain on time delivery and quality performance ensuring continued progress supporting supplier and organizational get to gold strategies. Consults on proposal analyses and development strategies to increase production system stability. Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Provides overall training and mentoring to increase the knowledge base of the Structure Procurement Organization. Develops organizational and supplier improvement plans to strategically implement/increase supplier quality performance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
2+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
2+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
