About The Position

The Experienced Mobile Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure customers are satisfied with timely, accurate, and quality service. The Experienced Mobile Service Technician will use state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and repair customer vehicles, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. The Experienced Mobile Service Technician will work off-site in various weather conditions. Requirements

  • Must submit to a background check and drug test
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experienced Service Technician
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform maintenance, light line repairs, and recalls offsite in various climate conditions
  • Present recommended maintenance items
  • Execute all diagnostic, maintenance and repair services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance services in compliance with industry and manufacturer standards
  • Perform road tests to diagnose
  • Ability to use and learn new computer diagnostic and repair information systems
  • Complete all paperwork and payments each day
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the mobile van at all times
  • Obtain Hazmat Certification
