Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician License
Minimum 2 years hands-on facial experience required
Strong consultation and client communication skills
Confidence recommending treatments, upgrades, and skincare products
Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow their business
Full availability is required based on spa business needs.
Applicants must be available for: Evenings, Weekends, Peak spa hours
Schedule changes are not permitted during the first year of employment.
Team members are scheduled based on guest demand and the needs of the business.

Nice To Haves

Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and retail skincare sales is highly preferred.
Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities

Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services
Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
Recommend retail skincare products and home-care routines for every client
Educate guests on long-term skincare plans and treatment options
Encourage prebooking and build long-term client relationships
Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
Support the spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience
Take initiative to build their clientele through client relationships, referrals, social media, and personal outreach.
