Experienced Licensed Esthetician / Facial Specialist (Skincare & Retail Sales) Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas – Hollywood, Sunrise - Sawgrass and Weston Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required | Bilingual Preferred We are looking for experienced estheticians who are confident performing results-driven facials, recommending skincare products, and building a loyal clientele. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a performance-focused environment and are motivated to grow their income through upgrades, retail sales, and client retention. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sunrise-Sawgrass is seeking a motivated Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client results, and building a strong book of business. Recent graduates should not apply. Compensation Guaranteed hourly rate during the first 90 days while building your book. Applicants must be available for: Evenings Weekends Peak spa hours Schedule changes are not permitted during the first year of employment. What You’ll Do Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments Recommend retail skincare products and home-care routines for every client Educate guests on long-term skincare plans and treatment options Encourage prebooking and build long-term client relationships Maintain a clean and professional treatment room Support the spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience Successful estheticians in our spa take initiative to build their clientele through client relationships, referrals, social media, and personal outreach. What We’re Looking For Active Florida Esthetician License Minimum 2 years hands-on facial experience required Strong consultation and client communication skills Confidence recommending treatments, upgrades, and skincare products Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow their business Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and retail skincare sales is highly preferred.
