The Boeing Company’s Leadership and Organizational Development organization is currently seeking an Experienced Learning Program Management Specialist with a focus on Leadership Development Integration to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This position will report to the Senior Director, Leadership Development and Organizational Design. The Learning Program Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating and integrating leadership development experiences across the enterprise. This role partners closely with Leadership Development Leadership Team and Program Managers, Learning Business Partners, Talent Management, the broader Learning organization, academic partners (e.g., Harvard portfolio, curated universities), and external service partners (e.g., TCS). The ideal candidate possesses strong industry awareness, with the ability to leverage knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and strategic partners to inform program planning and drive performance. They are skilled in research methodologies and tools, including search engines and library databases, enabling them to identify and engage relevant external resources and subject matter experts effectively. Additionally, the candidate demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
