Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician in Anderson, IN. Requirements

2+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
EPA certification
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused communication style
Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Physically capable of job-related tasks
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Diagnose system issues
Clearly explain repair or replacement options to homeowners
Handle installations and replacements according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Complete maintenance calls with a focus on customer satisfaction
Document work with company-provided tools
Represent Summers with professionalism and reliability
Participate in the on-call rotation to support customers during urgent situations
