Responsibilities

Inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems
Building connections with customers, clearly explaining service options, and answering any questions
Recommending system upgrades and additional services to drive sales
Consistently completing efficient, accurate, and high-quality work that exceeds customer expectations
