WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN: Deliver top-tier service with a customer-first mindset Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform load calculations, airflow balancing, and equipment sizing Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals without supervision Use digital or paperless invoicing software accurately Work with dispatchers and the service manager to execute service calls efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles Mentor apprentices and help shape the next generation of HVAC professionals Recommend and sell add-on products and equipment when appropriate
