Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years of experience in Fleet/Commercial Service sales Preferred
  • Established Book of Business Preferred
  • Fleet sales finance knowledge preferred.
  • Confident decision-maker
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Prior business-to-business sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience in Fleet/Commercial Service sales Preferred
  • Established Book of Business Preferred
  • Fleet sales finance knowledge preferred.
  • Prior business-to-business sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sale of Fleet Service Contracts of Commercial Vehicles
  • Visit independent shops to try and acquire wholesales parts business for the dealership
  • Visit prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding vehicle fleet service contracts
  • Answer and respond to sales inquiries and/or requests for proposals promptly to obtain business.
  • Prepare contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with service Advisors on your customers fleet vehicles service needs
  • Attend business and civic functions as assigned by dealership management.
  • Must have the ability to work outside of normal business hours when needed.
