Introduction The essential responsibilities for this role include implementing and managing a formal project management framework for R&D to ensure reliable and consistent project execution. The Project Operations Lead acts as the main liaison to Finance and Product Management for planning and coordination. They use a work breakdown structure to define clear ownership and responsibilities and establish change management procedures for documenting and escalating changes. Additionally, the role requires setting and tracking objectives and key results (OKRs) for project predictability, monitoring progress through measurable milestones and timelines, and clarifying roles and responsibilities to enhance accountability and efficiency. Your Job Practical implementation of a formal project management framework and tool for R&D (in cooperation with other product line teams) to ensure predictable and repeatable R&D project execution. Key interface to Finance and Product Management for 8Q planning & coordination. Adopt a work breakdown structure to clarify ownership and responsibilities. Include change management procedures for documenting and escalating changes. Set an OKR for project execution predictability and repeatability. Track project progress with measurable milestones and timelines. Clarify roles and responsibilities for accountability and efficiency. Running PMA (Portfolio Management and Approval), Drive PMA process / program launch. Anaplan champion for ULPCMOS. Implement program management practices to ensure delivery of key programs. Lead and integrate teams of project managers and subject matter experts to drive program success. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical programs, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives. Work across different departments to facilitate communication and resource allocation, ensuring seamless execution of programs. Track program performance, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success. Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for programs. Promote a culture of standardization, continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team.
