Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical dental assisting experience required
- Strong understanding of restorative, endodontic, and implant procedures
- Radiology certification and knowledge of dental software preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centered mindset
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled chairside assistance to dentists during a wide range of procedures, including restorative, surgical, and implant treatments
- Anticipate provider needs to ensure efficiency and seamless patient flow
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Capture, process, and manage digital X-rays and intraoral imaging
- Accurately chart treatment notes and maintain patient records
- Educate patients on post-op instructions and oral health maintenance
- Support treatment planning, scheduling, and follow-up coordination
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
