Piedmont Regional Dental Clinic (PRDC) is growing, and we’re seeking experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Dental Assistants—both full-time and part-time—to join our mission-driven team. As a nonprofit clinic, we provide high-quality, affordable dental care to low-income, uninsured children and adults, helping those who need it most. Requirements

• A trained and experienced Dental Assistant with a heart for service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others

Responsibilities

• Assist our skilled dental professionals in delivering top-quality care
• Ensure smooth clinical operations by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and supporting procedures
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment for patients—calming nerves and building trust
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, giving them the tools to maintain healthy smiles
• Be a key part of a passionate team that works collaboratively to serve our patients with excellence
