About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dependable caregiver to provide in-home care for a client with Level 4 dementia . The ideal candidate will be skilled in dementia care, comfortable monitoring vital signs , and able to work in a home that includes a dog .

Requirements

• Proven experience caring for individuals with dementia (Level 4 preferred)
• Ability to accurately take and document vital signs
• Comfortable working in a home with a dog
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for a client with advanced dementia.
• Monitor and record vital signs as required.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
