About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver / personal care aide to support a client in the Nazareth area. This is a higher-acuity memory care role best suited for caregivers who are calm, patient, and confident managing advanced dementia support.

In this home, your steady and reassuring presence will help maintain safety, dignity, and daily stability for a client living with advanced dementia. This role is ideal for caregivers who are patient, non-confrontational, and experienced with full-support care. The client has indicated a preference for a male caregiver to support personal care comfort.

Requirements

• Strong dementia-care experience
• Warm, calm caregiver presence
• Confident with full hands-on personal care
• Excellent patience and de-escalation skills
• Reliable and highly trustworthy
• Professional, reassuring communication style
• Observant and safety-minded
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
• 18 years or older
• Able to pass background screening
• Physically able to assist with transfers and personal care

Responsibilities
