As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service while supporting a positive and efficient shop culture.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of main shop automotive technician experience required
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
• A positive, can-do approach and passion for the automotive industry

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications and factory training are a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance services and complex mechanical repairs
• Utilize diagnostic tools and manufacturer service information
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair recommendations
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and service procedures
• Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to meet productivity and quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
