Requirements

• Experience as a Chrysler Technician preferred
• Strong automotive knowledge with fast, accurate diagnostic skills
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 1 year of service department experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certification or Technical Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle systems and components for proper operation
• Identify and isolate the cause of mechanical or electrical issues
• Test-drive vehicles and inspect/refill fluids as needed
• Check and adjust tire pressure; clean and lubricate fittings
• Replace oil filters, drain plugs, and communicate oil levels to teammates
• Perform accurate, efficient repairs and diagnostics
• Proactively repair or replace worn components before failure
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
