About The Position

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician for a full-time flat-rate position. The ideal candidate will bring strong diagnostic skills, a commitment to quality repairs, and experience working with Honda or Acura vehicles. A Virginia State Inspection license is a plus. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities.
  • Proficiency in performing advanced repairs and maintenance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to use OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Professional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Automotive certifications (ASE or manufacturer-specific) preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • State Inspector license a plus.
  • Honda or Acura experience preferred.
  • Honda or Acura certifications/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles.
  • Complete work according to manufacturer standards and flat-rate guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure efficient repair workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Stay current with automotive technology, training, and manufacturer updates.
  • Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs.
  • Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
