The Automotive Biller is responsible for accurate and timely processing of vehicle deals, ensuring all documentation complies with dealership, state, and lender requirements. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, precision, and prior success in dealership billing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive dealership billing experience
• 2+ years of experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in high‑volume billing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dealership accounting systems and DMV procedures
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Process and bill new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
• Review deals for completeness, compliance, and accuracy before posting
• Prepare and submit DMV paperwork and ensure proper title processing
• Post vehicle sales, costs, and commissions into the accounting system
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and dealership policies
• Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up as needed
