The Experience Owner I (EO1) plays a key role in advancing Citizens' Digital North Star program, a strategic initiative to deliver the next generation Client Platform for Citizens Private Bank and Citizens Private Wealth. This role partners with business, technology, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute a product roadmap that enhances the digital client experience and supports long-term growth. With a collaborative approach and digital first mindset, the EO1 helps design and deliver innovative solutions that improve how clients engage with Citizens. By applying agile methodologies, the EO1 drives the transformation of the Client Platform into a modern, client centered platform. The EO1 also fosters an agile culture across product teams, enabling strong performance and continuous improvement. In partnership with the neighborhood lead, the EO1 co-develops the roadmap for ongoing evolution, ensuring the platform adapts to client needs, reflects market trends, and delivers meaningful value
