Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or self managed workloads of 2+ people.
• Exceptional communication skills (vocally and written). Must be able to communicate with a wide range of cliental.
• Demonstrates attention to details and is highly organized for maximum efficiency.
• Able to represent the company in a positive manner, as well as approach people in a tactful manner
• Able to react well under pressure , and always treats others with respect and consideration.
• Can follow through on commitments.
• Able to identify and resolve problems; and is able to be resourceful and research.
• Must be Microsoft Office proficient
• Able to develop alternative solutions to client problems
• Uses reason when dealing with emotional topics.
• Must be able to work with sensitive/confidential documents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining relationships with clients by providing excellent office and administrative services to our clients.
• Oversee department operations ; Promote efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure processes are running timely and become effective as possible.
• Create and manage processes that are compliant with company policies/procedures. (and continue to find new resources to be more effective and productive, continually)
• Various office services (repo-graphics, hospitality(front desk), phone switchboard, invoicing packages, office supply management and stocking, conference room bookings, directory updates for employees, assist with minor IT duties, catering request, maintain vistor log book, etc...)
• Microsoft Office - duties involved in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Provide great guest services to our clients.
