User Experience (UX) Designer Summary/objective The experience designer will be responsible for creating and designing web elements that optimize user interaction and experience. The ideal candidate will understand the differences between UI and UX design, and have a creative yet organized approach to tackling problems and creating solutions. Core Job Duties Design prototypes and wireframes, developing visual representations of the product to test and refine ideas. Conduct user research, identifying user personas and gathering feedback through interviews and surveys. Perform tests on software products or website features to ensure functionality and improve user experience. Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing and other stakeholders across the business to refine user experience and ensure alignment with business goals. Organize content effectively to make it easier for users to navigate and find information. Present design concepts and insights to stakeholders. Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design Collaborate with AI team to evaluate and set best practices and standards. Partner in developing user journeys, holistic experiences, and interface designs. Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites. Work with engineering, frontend, and backend developers as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
