Collaborate with senior UX leads to execute tasks and projects that align with established policies and procedures. Your work will directly impact mid-sized features or small collections of features, ensuring a seamless and inclusive user experience. Contribute to the team's decision-making process and help drive customer-centric innovation strategies, while continuously developing your expertise in design-focused areas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in experience design or a related UX discipline within the digital product space.
- Experience in visual design and interaction principles, focusing on creating aesthetically appealing and functional digital experiences.
- Proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping to effectively communicate and refine design concepts.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, inclusive design practices, and assistive technologies.
- Exposure to industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
