Job Description: Distribution Center Expense Coordinator JOB SUMMARY: Prepares and distributes daily reports. Assists with invoicing, mailings and supplies inventories.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated PC skills and familiarity with spreadsheet and work processing software is necessary.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
At least one-year related business experience.
Clerical position

Responsibilities

Prepares and distributes various production reports in accordance with report schedules.
Assists in preparing budget control reports.
Prepares other reports as necessary.
Matches and checks packaging slips to invoices.
Assigns proper expense code to invoices.
Maintains supplies inventories and notifies supervisor of re-order points.
Contacts vendors regarding mailings and supplies.
Performs special projects and other duties as required.
Assists in other areas as necessary.
