About The Position

As an Expansion Specialist CSM, you are a key driver of our revenue engine, specifically focused on helping our existing small-to-medium business customers unlock the full potential of the BILL platform. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying opportunities for them to scale their operations through our spend and expense solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and capture untapped revenue opportunities within a diverse portfolio of clients.
Consultative Sales: Execute specialized motions to help customers expand their card spend and optimize their financial workflows.
Streamline Operations: Act as a guide for existing customers as they grow, assisting with new account setups and entity expansions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Senior CSMs and Credit Specialists to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
