Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) years' experience working in a child-centered environment or in instructional support.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Current Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
- Completion of background check and TB clearance
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree or two (2) years of verified post-secondary education.
- Experience in leading academic or enrichment programs.
- One (1) year of experience providing direct instruction in an educational setting is preferred.
- Child Development coursework or related training highly desirable
- Training or experience in instructional methodologies, child development, or student assessment is desirable.
