Looking to make a difference in an innovative and dynamic non-profit agency? UCP of Central Florida unlocks the potential of thousands of children each year at our campuses, pediatric therapy clinics and parent support programs. Job Summary: The Expanded Learning Coordinator (ELC) leads the coordination and implementation of expanded learning opportunities at the assigned UCP Charter School campus as part of the Full-Service Community Schools initiative administered through the University of Central Florida Center for Community Schools. This role integrates and oversees after-school enrichment programming, the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program (if applicable), and other extended learning opportunities that support student academic growth, engagement, and well-being. The Expanded Learning Coordinator combines program management with direct student engagement, working closely with the Community Schools Site Coordinator, school leadership, teachers, families, and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for students beyond the traditional school day. Aligned with the UCP Charter Schools mission of Unlocking Children’s Potential, this role helps ensure students—particularly those who may need additional academic or social supports—have access to engaging programs that strengthen learning, confidence, and connection to school.
