About The Position

Colorado Dental Group is an established general dentistry practice located near the Garden of the Gods. We are seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant ( EDDA) to join us part-time . We are a fun, energetic, and cohesive team led by two fantastic dentists who are approachable, collaborative, and supportive of their team. The environment here is professional, but never boring—we believe you can take your work seriously while still having fun. Our ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable and have a great sense of humor . Schedule: Arrival at 7:45am each day Monday 8am-5pm Tuesday 8am-5pm Thursday 8am-5pm Compensation: $25-$30/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an EDDA is required
• Active CPR Certification required
• X-Ray Certification Required

Nice To Haves

• Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certification preferred
• Dental Assistant Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice and ensure their comfort
• Assist the dentist chairside as an EDDA with a variety of dental procedures
• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
• Setup and breakdown of operatories
• Sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA regulations
• Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon
• Assist with stocking and ordering inventory
