About The Position

All Smiles Dental Group located near Powers and Bloomington, is seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join our busy family practice full-time. We are a fast paced, energetic, and cohesive team led by a fantastic dentist who has been with our practice for over ten years! If you are an EDDA that is self-motivated, reliable and eager to utilize their EDDA skills, apply today-we'd love to hear from you! Schedule: Part-Time, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 7:45am-5pm Compensation: $25-$30/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Requirements

2+ years of chairside Expanded Duties Dental Assistant experience
X-Ray Certification required
Active CPR/BLS Certification required

Nice To Haves

EDDA and Dental Assistant Certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
Assist the dentist chairside using 4 handed dentistry
Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
Sterilization of instruments according to regulations
Assist with stocking and ordering supplies
