About The Position

Exercise Planner The Opportunity: Do you want to use your creativity and problem-solving skills to improve organizational mission performance in for federal, Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense clients? As an exercise planner on our team, you’ll help develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content in support of improving emergency management, continuity of operations, and resiliency across the enterprise. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact. As a collaborator on our team, you’ll have the chance to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders, and senior leaders on projects that are making an impact on critical missions. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing and leading test, training, and exercise programs in support of continuity of operations or emergency management activities
  • Experience contributing to after-action reports
  • Knowledge of federal continuity and emergency management test, training, and exercise directives
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts and senior leadership to develop comprehensive continuity and emergency management training and exercises
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience facilitating or leading government exercise in the Intelligence Community or for military organizations
  • Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSSEP) or Federal Emergency Management Agency Master Exercise Practitioner Certification
