About The Position

Exercise Physiologist - Cardiac Rehab at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. Assists various departmental activities under the direct supervision of an Exercise Specialist or RN and within the scope of practice of an exercise physiologist as defined by ACSM and AACVPR guidelines. Provides evaluation of risk factors and educational needs, orientation, education, treatment, and care for adult and geriatric patients in Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the cardiac and pulmonary rehab program. Requirements

• Master's Degree Exercise Physiology. Kinesiology, or related field.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cardiac and/or pulmonary rehabilitation.
