About The Position

Position Overview: The exercise monitor is responsible for accurately and effectively monitoring the Wellness & Fitness Center in order to ensure a safe, supervised environment for members. This includes answering incoming calls and making outbound calls, assisting with direct membership inquires/sales and scheduling members for ancillary services. The exercise monitor collaborates with other Wellness & Fitness Center staff to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Basic computer skills
Poses a strong customer service focus

Nice To Haves

Six (6) months customer service experience in health club, retail hospitality, or other service industry
