A Typical Day We are seeking a results-oriented leader to own the implementation of artificial intelligence projects within our mortgage fulfillment division. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between data science and operations, managing the AI project lifecycle from concept to deployment. You will be the key driver in integrating AI tools to automate complex tasks, reduce risk, and create tangible efficiencies in processing, underwriting, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI and machine learning solutions across the mortgage fulfillment lifecycle (processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing).
• Partner with operational leaders and data science teams to translate complex business problems into scalable AI-driven workflows that automate document classification, data extraction, and decisioning support.
• Manage the AI project roadmap for fulfillment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and turn times.
• Champion the adoption of new AI tools, drive user acceptance testing, and develop KPIs to monitor the performance and ROI of deployed models.
