Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of executive management experience in the beverage industry or a related sector
Proven track record of successful strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership
Strong understanding of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic goals and objectives Lead and inspire the executive team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansions, new product lines, and strategic partnerships Create synergy within group companies
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Financial Management: Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while managing costs and risks Understand headquarter needs and culture
