The EVP of Outpatient Services is a visionary, data-driven leader responsible for designing and executing innovative clinical strategies that drive growth, deepen patient engagement, and enhance the organization's reputation for excellence in behavioral healthcare. Leveraging advanced data analytics and clinical outcomes, the EVP will guide the organization’s outpatient direction with insight, precision, and measurable results. This role demands an inspiring leader adept at building and coaching multidisciplinary clinical teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and translating complex operational data into actionable clinical programs. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, passionate about the behavioral health movement, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare management, with at least three years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a large behavioral health or crisis system.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MHA, MBA, MSW) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance Across Outpatient Services: Drive performance across all outpatient programs to ensure efficient operations, consistent quality, and alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Optimize Access & Service Capacity: Optimize timely access across outpatient services by managing scheduling, capacity, and appointment availability to meet patient demand and reduce wait times.
  • Ensure Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all programs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards through consistent oversight, adherence to established workflows, and audit readiness.
  • Standardize Operations & Improve Reliability: Standardize workflows, scheduling practices, and care models across outpatient programs to reduce variability and ensure consistent, reliable execution.
  • Drive Provider/Clinician Productivity & Utilization: Drive provider/clinician productivity and visit utilization across programs by ensuring efficient scheduling, minimizing no-shows, and aligning staffing and workflows with demand.
