Executive Vice President, Operations and Global Partnerships Position Overview This senior executive role serves as the key bridge and operational leader between Peppermint Robotics (global OEM headquartered in India) and Peppermint USA (the North/South America distribution JV). The position drives seamless collaboration, strategic alignment, and scalable growth across manufacturing, product innovation, distribution, customer engagement, and regional expansion. The role combines high-level strategic oversight (liaison, forecasting, infrastructure transitions) with hands-on US-market execution (building distribution networks, scaling service teams, go-to-market for new product lines, and Americas-wide expansion). It positions the incumbent as a pivotal leader for Peppermint's Americas success while ensuring tight integration with global HQ priorities. Role Summary Results-oriented executive to serve as Executive Vice President, US Operations. This leadership position combines strategic oversight of the partnership with Peppermint Robotics HQ and hands-on operational leadership for Peppermint USA JV. It will drive seamless collaboration across borders, scale distribution and service networks, optimize product-market fit, and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging product lines—ultimately fueling revenue growth and market leadership in the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Coordination Act as the primary liaison between Peppermint HQ and Peppermint USA JV. Facilitate regular communication, strategic alignment, weekly reviews, action tracking, and cross-border operations to support distribution and sales across North and South America.
  • Operational Support Management Document, consolidate, prioritize, and resolve support tickets and operational requests from Peppermint USA. Develop efficient action plans to minimize downtime and maximize partner satisfaction.
  • Product Benchmarking and Roadmap Development Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking of Peppermint products vs. industry leaders. Document insights and propose roadmap enhancements in collaboration with the global Product Management team to drive innovation and competitiveness.
  • Global Customer Engagement Build and maintain relationships with high-value global accounts (e.g., Novartis, Taikisha, and other enterprises in Peppermint's network). Evaluate RFPs, deliver customized proposals, guide sales processes to secure partnerships, then hand over to Peppermint USA for ongoing management.
  • Production Forecasting Develop and publish accurate production forecasts based on Peppermint USA demand signals. Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams in India to optimize inventory, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Supplier and IT Infrastructure Transition Lead the shift from Asia-based to US-based suppliers to enable future robot assembly in the USA. Oversee documentation and implementation of US-based IT infrastructure (servers, hosting) to meet customer cybersecurity requirements.
  • Distribution Network Development Support and grow a US distribution network by identifying and onboarding strategic partners for key sectors (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing) and geographic regions. Develop supporting strategies, processes, onboarding programs, performance tracking, and expansion plans.
  • Implementation and Service Team Scaling Lead strategy and process development as Peppermint USA scales its implementation and service teams. Design and implement a customized Zoho FSM tool to track schedules, budgets, project planning, and resource management for operational efficiency and visibility.
  • Product Management and Industry Fit Manage product (robots, app software, and service delivery platforms) needs, changes, and customizations in close partnership with the India engineering team. Ensure product specifications fit specific industries by collaborating directly with current and prospective customers. Facilitate clear communication across teams on development changes required for optimal application fit.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Support Contribute to building and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging product lines, including material handling robots and wheelchair robots. Conduct market research, define pricing/models, launch plans, and adaptations to US regulatory/customer requirements.
  • Americas Regional Expansion Support the development of distribution networks and go-to-market strategies for South America, Central America, and Canada. Perform market analysis, identify potential partners, and coordinate with Peppermint USA teams for cohesive coverage across the Americas.
  • Strategic Partnership & Global Alignment Serve as the primary liaison between Peppermint Robotics HQ (India) and Peppermint USA JV, facilitating regular strategic alignment, weekly reviews, action tracking, and cross-border operations to support distribution and sales across the Americas. Develop and publish accurate production forecasts based on US demand signals; collaborate with India-based supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize inventory and resource planning. Lead the transition of suppliers from Asia to US-based vendors to enable future local robot assembly; oversee implementation of US-hosted IT infrastructure (servers, hosting) aligned with customer cybersecurity standards.
  • US Operations & Scaling Build and grow a high-performing US distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic sector- and region-specific partners (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing). Develop supporting processes, performance metrics, and expansion plans. Drive strategy and process development for scaling implementation and service teams across Peppermint USA; design and deploy a customized Zoho tool to track schedules, budgets, project planning, and resource visibility. Manage product needs, changes, and customizations in partnership with India engineering teams; work directly with current/prospective customers to ensure designs meet industry-specific application requirements and communicate development updates for optimal product-market fit.
  • Customer Engagement & Growth Initiatives Build and maintain relationships with high-value global and regional accounts (e.g., Novartis, Taikisha); evaluate RFPs, deliver tailored solution proposals, guide sales cycles to secure partnerships, and hand over to Peppermint USA for ongoing management. Support and execute go-to-market strategies for new product lines, including material handling robots and wheelchair robots—covering market research, pricing, launch planning, and US regulatory adaptations. Lead distribution network and strategy development for South America, Central America, and Canada through market analysis, partner identification, and coordinated regional execution.
