The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global Administration & Logistics is a senior strategist and operational leader responsible for managing FCA's international administrative infrastructure. As a pivotal floor general, the EVP shapes and executes forward-thinking global strategies that ensure ministry sustainability and the development of FCA's international corporate structure. This leader plays a critical role in developing and executing forward-thinking global strategies that ensure ministry sustainability and build out FCA's international corporate structure in alignment with FCA's mission. The EVP provides strategic oversight across all international Support functions--Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing & Communications, Technology, and FCA Gear--and serves as the key bridge between internal FCA departments and the four Global Divisional Offices. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the EVP works closely with the Chief Field Officer and oversees four International Divisional Directors of Administration (one per global region). The EVP ensures international staff have the essential infrastructure, resources, and logistical pathways needed to thrive in their calling.

  • Helping determine alternative methods for sending money to other countries.
  • Helping finance determine the appropriate ministry purpose for money sent overseas.
  • Training and holding international leaders accountable to operational policies and procedures.
  • Linking the Finance department with RDIA's and international field Directors of Operations.
  • Helping create continuity among departments around international processes.
  • Support international banking setup, reporting, and audits.
  • Ensure that funds transferred to an international entity comply with IRS regulations and laws.
  • Monthly and Annual Financial statements for each entity.
  • Maintaining and deploying a resource repository sharing best practices, gear artwork, and supply chain logisticstools that could serve internationally.
  • Assist international teammates with event best practices by distributing our Event Playbooks.
  • Connecting international teammates to gear partnerships that can ship internationally, providing options for procurement.
  • Provide Operation FCA structures and strategies to serve specific gear needs.
  • Assist with identifying and establishing global HR strategies: employment law, payroll, benefits, compensation, and handbooks.
  • Help with establishing a proper payment system (if) ADP/Celegro still needs to establish a presence in that country.
  • Lead training and support for international staff in compliance, equity, and cultural awareness.
  • Help with communication across language barriers.
  • Create an employee handbook for in-country employment and, if required, employee contracts.
  • Assist with setting up payroll in the country.
  • Ensure required taxes, health insurance, and pensions are properly set up.
  • Assist EVP & Legal Counsel with sourcing legal counsel in other countries.
  • Working with EVP & Legal Counsel to set up a legal entity.
  • Determine the appropriate type of legal entity to set up.
  • Determine the FCA US level of control of the entity (Governance or Contractual).
  • File all required documents for entity set up.
  • Obtain final Government approval for the entity.
  • Review laws related to financial reporting, employment, and other regulations that affect entityoperations.
  • Assist in establishing in country Governance Board.
  • Assist in ensuring FCA's intellectual property is protected and brand guidelines are followed.
  • Collaborate with EVP and Legal Counsel to manage and update the ISP agreement, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding of new ISPs.
  • Understand the youth protection policies required of countries and ensure they are implemented and followed.
  • Develop a risk management strategy and ensure we have the proper insurance coverage.
  • Obtain proper levels of liability insurance in the country.
  • Set up background checks for staff and volunteers.
  • Review country laws on youth protection.
  • Ensure all staff and volunteers are trained and comply with Youth Protection Policies.
  • Establish accident and incident reporting procedures
  • Review and approve all entity contracts in conjunction with the EVP and Legal Counsel.
  • Vet and approve all new ISPs.
  • Maintain a database of contracts and ISPs.
  • Oversee global brand alignment by providing appropriate brand resources per ISP agreement.
  • Connecting ISP partners with marketing and communication resources and templates through ministry platforms, i.e., Canva.
  • Manage video and photo assets, distributing organizational assets as well as collecting and managing assets from in-country.
  • Partnering on media and PR promotion and protection.
  • Collecting and distributing ministry impact stories from each area.
  • Develop a ministry marketing plan.
  • Manage the cross-border movement of belongings, freight, and resources, including customs clearance and compliance with export and import regulations.
  • Develop systems that promote operational efficiency and risk mitigation in global logistics.
  • Developing and implementing scalable technology strategies that support the organization's international operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all technology systems and applications used by the organization comply with international regulations and standards.
  • Overseeing technology infrastructure and systems. This includes collaborating with local IT teams to ensure that technology systems are properly installed and maintained, and providing support as needed.
  • Responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure that technology is being used effectively to achieve the organization's goals. This includes working with departments such as finance, human resources, and operations to identify technology needs and recommend solutions.
  • Responsible for providing training and support to staff on technology use and best practices.
  • Responsible for managing relationships with technology vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitoring and reporting on technology budgets and spending. This includes tracking expenses, identifying areas where costs can be reduced, and making recommendations to the EVP of Technology and other senior leaders as needed.
  • Responsible for staying up to date with new technologies and trends and making recommendations for their implementation in the organization's international operations.
  • Serve as the bridge between field staff, FCA departments (HR, Legal, Finance, Tech, Marketing), vendors, and national partners.
  • Ensure smooth and mission-aligned communication and problem-solving across all parties
  • Ability to juggle shifting priorities and multiple projects under stringent deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of international projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership in international operations with cultural sensitivity and regulatory knowledge.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex issues and developing innovative, faith-aligned solutions.
  • Proven ability to adapt to and lead through change, particularly in response to evolving markets and emerging technologies.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., logistics cost savings, visa processing times, field satisfaction indexes) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage international vendors and contracts, negotiate effectively, and monitor KPI-based performance outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g.,MBA,M.Div., or MA in Nonprofit or Global Leadership).
  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level leadership experience in global administration, operations, or logistics--preferably in a missions, NGO, or ministry context.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex logistical systems and teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Experience managing grant-related logistics, ensuring compliance, and reporting outcomes to funders.
