Executive Team Leaders are empowered to make shopping effortless and seamless for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up. This position provides leaders with knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience building and managing a guest-first team culture, skills in guest engagement, problem-solving, retail business fundamentals (sales trends, inventory management, pricing, promotions), experience setting and planning department workload, managing hourly team members and leaders, creating Service and Engagement business strategies, and skills in recruiting, selecting, and talent management.
