POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant role will be primarily focused on sourcing hospital executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CNO). This position is designed to aid and supplement a variety of Talent Acquisition related activities. This will include campus (Masters level programs) recruitment campaigns, and ownership of school relationships. In addition, helping to support ‘high potential’ programs. However, the main event will always be the on-going need to source and attract compelling talent in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of compliance of recruiting standards and practices for team members including but not limited to EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert on recruiting with a collaborative style.
  • Great and flexible attitude to be willing to pivot as needed based on the recruiting needs of the business.
  • Ability to execute plans – both strategy and project related.
  • Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple-concurrent projects.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting corporate and executive positions up to C-suite, preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance of recruiting standards and practices for team members including but not limited to EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, making recommendations to hiring executives, coordinating the interview process and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Pipelining hospital executives (CEO, CFO, CNO and COO) for current and future executive positions
  • Develop and implement pro-active sourcing strategies to ensure on-going pipeline of external candidates and balanced speed/quality of source to hire turnaround.
  • Screen candidates for hiring executives, including but not limited to: resume review, phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide progress updates on requisition status, calibrate on targeted candidate profiles, seek out feedback on quality of candidate slates, and align on potential changes in course of action and next steps as necessary.
  • Ability and willingness to research and source passive and active candidates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues, hiring Executive Talent Acquisition Consltants, and the public.
