About The Position

Role Overview: The Executive Product Director for the T901 Turboshaft Engine is the accountable leader for the end-to-end business, performance, and lifecycle of the T901 engine portfolio. This senior leader owns product safety and reliability, financial results, customer outcomes, portfolio and lifecycle strategy, and cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, services, and contracts. Operating as the executive focal for US Government, international, and OEM customers, this role ensures the T901 engine completes its qualification and certification requirements and transitions into production to deliver unparalleled mission capabilities and operating costs. You will be responsible for: Full P&L accountability for the T901 product line (orders, revenue, margin, cash). Overall product safety, reliability, and airworthiness Product and lifecycle strategy, including investment prioritization and execution Cross-functional leadership across engineering, supply chain, services, commercial, and contracts Direct engagement with key U.S. and international defense customers and airframers This leader will drive completion of the US Government Acquisition Category 1 Improved Turbine Engine Program while ensuring outcomes aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; engineering degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace/defense or complex industrial product leadership, including services/sustainment.
  • Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs with significant scale and complexity.
  • Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills with executive-level presence and comfort engaging with senior customers and leadership.
  • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in gas turbine product development
  • Experience managing P&L, contracts, and complex supply chains.
  • Demonstrated lean/continuous improvement leadership and transformation experience, ideally with exposure to FLIGHT DECK or similar operating systems.
  • Experience in defense acquisition, sustainment, or government/industry partnership environments
