This role is critical in providing a seamless, highly-responsive, and discreet technology experience for our most senior stakeholders. What’s the role? You will be responsible for delivering premium, "white-glove" IT support to senior executives, board members, and their executive assistants. This demanding role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, absolute discretion, flawless execution, and a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset. You will act as a trusted technology partner, ensuring executives are productive in the corporate office, at remote locations, and during critical travel or high-profile meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in IT support.
  • 2+ years specifically in a VIP/Executive or White-Glove Helpdesk role, preferably within a fast-paced Financial Services environment.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally, sometimes with little to no notice.
  • Experience with Scripting and Automation tools.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Strong practical experience with the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft endpoint management tools (Intune, EntraID, Exchange administration consoles).
  • Familiarity with foundational concepts like Active Directory/DNS and Group Policy Management.
  • Expertise with AV/VC platforms (e.g., Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, remote access) and information security fundamentals (MFA, SSO, DLP).

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Serve as the primary, dedicated IT liaison for senior management and their support staff.
  • Provide immediate, high-priority support across desktop, mobile, and cloud platforms, both in-person and remotely.
  • Expertly manage, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, complex AV/Video Conferencing systems, and secure access solutions in meeting rooms and executive offices.
  • Ensure perfect execution of AV and connectivity for high-stakes hybrid/virtual board meetings and company events.
  • Provide comprehensive technology support for executive travel, including secure device provisioning and remote access setup.
  • Prioritize and coordinate both daily support tasks and strategic technology upgrades/automation projects.
  • Technology Enablement & Training: Deliver a personalized, concierge-style onboarding experience for new executives, including customized device setup and secure account configuration.
  • Provide tailored coaching and training on collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams/Zoom), AI tools, and various SaaS products to maximize executive efficiency.
  • Proactively brief executives on new technology features or security protocols relevant to their productivity.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline infrastructure and helpdesk procedures.
  • Contribute to desktop engineering initiatives, including experience with VDI deployment on Windows.
  • Create detailed documentation and diagrams of supported solutions, cross-training the broader IT team.
  • Efficiently escalate issues across different technology groups (Network, Security, Infrastructure) while maintaining a calm, concise, and professional demeanor.
