The Terraces of Boise in Boise, ID, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for a talented and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our fine dining team! Under general supervision, the Sous Chef’s primary objective is to work with the Executive Chef to manage and mentor the kitchen staff and demonstrate advanced culinary skills in order to provide meals with nutritional value and creative appeal to residents and guests. The Sous Chef is responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and assists in supervision of all kitchen team members. Standard Schedule (NO MORE LATE NIGHTS!) Full Time, Tuesday – Saturday from 10:30AM-7PM Candidate must be able to work occasional hours outside of this schedule as needed.
