The Software System Architect, Executive p rovides visionary leadership and strategic direction for all system engineering and integration efforts related to r the Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) products, the Common Operating Environment (COE) initiative, and Army-wide PNT architecture . Responsibilities R esponsible for aligning technical strategies with PM PNT and broader Army objectives , driving the adoption of modular and open systems architectures, and ensuring successful achievement of milestone decisions and COE updates. S erves as the primary liaison between PM PNT, ASA(ALT), PEOs, and AFC stakeholders, fostering cross-PEO coordination and synchronization. O versee s the development of concept and requirements analysis, systems design, modeling & simulation, and integration/test strategies, while ensuring robust security practices and effective communication through briefings, reporting, and knowledge management systems.
