Requirements

  • Must have a Highschool Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of previous experience is required
  • Must have experience working with Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct all incoming telephone inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Welcome and assist office visitors, ensuring timely notification to relevant team members.
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and coordinate the shipping and receiving of office packages.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement or discontinuation of office supplies, snacks, and beverages.
  • Coordinate logistics for office events, including team lunches, client/vendor visits, and on-site training sessions.
  • Coordinator travel and accommodation arrangement for team members attending off-site events or meetings.
  • Oversee the general upkeep and presentation of the office environment, as well as contacting the appropriate service providers to resolve facility-related issues
  • All other duties assigned.
