This involves filling Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director-level roles critical for steering the company toward its future goals. Our approach integrates global expertise with local and global market insights, exquisite quality, and assessment-based hires, ensuring a cohesive "Global" talent strategy. The purpose of Executive hiring is to secure the leadership required to drive Stellantis’ transformation in an evolving mobility industry. These leaders will be instrumental in operational excellence, execution, innovative strategies, and fostering an inclusive culture that aligns with our values & diversity goals. This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and is part of the HRT/GTTM Leadership team. Additionally, the role is fully embedded in the HR Leadership team (HR leaders of regions/functions/divisions) and closely partners with Regional TAs, Global & Regional Comp&Ben, Global/Local HRBPs, Talent Management, Workforce Planning.
