About the Job: As the Executive Recruiter, you will lead executive-level
recruitment up to the C-Suite and shape how Yum! Brands attracts and hires its
most senior leaders across our global portfolio. In this highly visible role,
you will partner directly with C-Suite executives, influence executive hiring
strategy, and ensure world-class practices are in place to deliver exceptional
candidate and stakeholder experiences.

This role plays a critical part in building and operationalizing Yum!’s
executive recruitment model—from defining sourcing and search strategies to
establishing scalable, best-in-class processes. You will help identify, engage,
and evaluate bold, diverse, and visionary leaders who will drive Yum!’s growth
and long-term success. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with
two days remote and three days in-office at one of Yum!’s RSC locations in
Irvine, CA; Louisville, KY; or Plano, TX.
