We are seeking a results-oriented Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier executive and leadership talent. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to understand strategic priorities and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven history of successfully filling executive-level roles across diverse markets. Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting executive and senior-level talent across multiple regions.
  • Deep understanding of leadership competencies and executive search methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Experience working within a BPO environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and leadership positions, from sourcing through placement.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand organizational needs and succession plans.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies, leverage executive networks, and conduct talent mapping to attract exceptional candidates.
  • Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations and oversee the interview and selection process.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure job postings reach the right audience effectively.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of executive talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Deliver a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
